An eighteen year old hero to many, Jabbar Gibson packed a school bus from Orleans Parish with complete strangers and drove it over seven hours to safety in Houston, TX. This was an unexpected arrival at the Astrodome and was not initially welcome; however, it did not take long to understand the peoples "extreme act of desperation."
