Friday, September 02, 2005Bush's Hurricane Numbers TankPosted by Frankie at 9/02/2005 02:20:00 PM
America is realizing that this country has become even worse off in responding to disaster even after 2001. A Republican Sanator from Louisiana, David Vitter has said the death toll could top 10,000.
"My guess is that it will start at 10,000, but that is only a guess"It's now evident that although people who were not supported by the government to evacuate, they are still not supported and the majority of deaths are occurring DAYS after Katrina. Bush did not take action until 3 days after Katrina, instead he was giving speeches at white country clubs and playing guitar with b-list country singers. His poll numbers are tanking deservedly so for it. What these people have done is just criminal. Servey USA (via Kos) has the scientific and statistically significant poll numbers with n=1,200 each day. Is the federal government doing too much? Not enough? Or just the right amount to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina?
Thinking just about the President of the United States ... Do you approve or disapprove of President Bush's response to Hurricane Katrina?
