First a big thank you to all of the grassroots supporters out there who made the happen for Paul Hackett in the special Ohio 02 Congressional House election. Without these people, none of this would have been possible and it would have been a 44 point "loss." Major Hackett came within 4 points of upsetting Republican Jean Schmidt assuming everything was on the up-and-up. This is a man who called Bush a "SOB" and a district that went 64-36% Bush in 2004. Overall, Hackett gave Democrats about a 15 point swing which is just phenomenal.

With the worst still to come out about the corruption of the GOP in Ohio, the lies and treason in the White House, and the support of treason and attacks on science from the Republican party, we will regain the House in 2006. Jean Schmidt, you have 18 months left, enjoy them while they last.
