While only 41% approve of him in a new Quinnipiac University National Poll. This is a new low for Bush. The poll shows that an overwhelming majority of Americans voters, 65 to 30 percent support the Supreme Court's 1973 Roe v Wade decision. In addition, by a 61 to 32 percent margin, American voters say U.S. Supreme Court nominee John Roberts should publicly state his position on abortion. From July 21 - 25, Quinnipiac University surveyed 920 registered voters nationwide. The survey has a margin of error of +/- 3.2 percentage points.
