Republican Gov. Ernie Fletcher is being accused of creating a "hit list" against state workers in Kentucky who are Democrats.

The "hit list consisted of 32 names and was titled,

"Draft of Preliminary Personnel Actions; Terminations, Reversions and Reassignments."
