A little late with this one but just goes to show how far to reality the American public has become. In a recent Rasmussen Reports survey found when asked, "Who was more responsible for starting the War in Iraq... Saddam Hussein or President Bush?" The results found that 49% of Americans polled now say Bush is "responsible" for the War in Iraq while 44% blame Hussein. There survey breakdown:

Independents:
52% name Bush and 34% Hussein

Democrats:
78% name Bush and 18% Hussein

Republicans:
17% name Bush and 76% Hussein

Total Average:
49% name Bush and 44% Hussein
