A Conservative group Public Advocate, describing itself as a "pro-family" organization headed by Republican Eugene Delgaudio came out today opposing Supreme Court nominee John Roberts' confirmation. President Eugene Delgaudio of Public Advocate commented:
The move comes as a result of Roberts' support for the radical homosexual lobby in the 1996 Supreme Court case roamer V. Evans, which overturned a pro-family law passed by the citizens of Colorado in an appalling act of judicial activism

Judge Roberts did provide advice on how to overturn this pro-family measure overwhelmingly supported by the people of Colorado, then Public Advocate calls on President Bush to withdraw his nomination of Judge Roberts immediately.
In the past, Republican Delgaudio has made hateful comments towards homosexuals and their families, specifically Dick Cheney and his gay daughter. When Cheney commented last year, "Freedom means freedom for everyone," Delgaudio replied,
"'Freedom' is not embracing perversion."
